1. Course Access and License

Upon purchase of a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and complete the purchased course content. This license is for your individual use only.

• You may not share your account credentials or course access with others.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or resell any course content, including videos, PDF materials, or quiz questions.
• Course content is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved by Expert CCW and its licensors (including NRA materials used under license).
• You have unlimited access to your purchased course once enrolled, including unlimited quiz retakes.

2. Refund Policy

Because our courses are digital products with immediate access upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund (100%): Requested within 7 days of purchase AND no course lessons have been started.
• Partial refund (50%): Requested within 7 days of purchase AND only the first lesson has been started — no further lessons accessed or started.
• No refund: More than the first lesson has been accessed or started, OR more than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.

4. Instructor Credentials

All Expert CCW courses are developed and instructed by Kelly P. Fitzgerald, NRA Certified Pistol Instructor (NRA Instructor #182730743). Instructor credentials are current and in good standing with the National Rifle Association.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account and completing your course.
• Complete all course work personally and honestly. Certificates are issued based on your individual completion and quiz performance.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• Use our platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to circumvent course completion requirements, copy course content, or disrupt the operation of our platform.

6. Certificates of Completion

A certificate of completion is issued to students who complete all course lessons and pass the final examination with a score of 80% or higher. Certificates are generated digitally and may be downloaded from your dashboard.

Certificates reflect the training completed and the instructor’s credentials at the time of issuance. Expert CCW is not responsible for any delays or denials in permit processing by government agencies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expert CCW and Kilkea Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or course content, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
